Job Description

Job Roles:

Perform basic and advanced administrative functions including user account maintenance, report and dashboard generation, workflow/process builder creation and management, and routine task execution
Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity in conjunction with Strategy Manager
Troubleshoot CRM issues; Diagnose and resolve unexpected issues or results. Recommend solutions or alternative methods to meet requirements and escalate as needed
Identify Salesforce inefficiencies, develop fixes, ensure QA testing with CRM Team, and implement solutions for operational efficiency
Perform continuous analysis of Salesforce.com platform features, releases, upgrades, and best practices that align with organizational vision and strategy and that achieve the greatest business impact
Maintain proper documentation of processes, policies, and configurations made to the system in preparation for releases and upgrades
Perform data imports and exports using Data Loader or similar data tools
Assist enablement team with training end users and user documentation, and maintain ongoing documentation processes as business needs evolve or features are added
Work closely with system users and address user issues as they arise
Review and understand general organization drivers and context for development projects and assist in defining required features and mapping Salesforce features to business processes
Other duties as assigned

 Qualifications
 

5+ years of experience as a CRM Administrator and Minimum of 2 years of experience in SF administration role
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience in business or technology
Demonstrated ability to assess and document the impact of new requirements of Salesforce.com on upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes
Demonstrated working understanding of Salesforce software with ability to administer fields and relationships, workflow rules, approval processes, page layouts, security, validation rules, email, and custom buttons and links
Proficient skills in Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint

Education, Licensure, and Experience:

Completion of an undergraduate degree in Business or equivalent experience
CRM tool certification a plus.
