Corporate & Investment Banking delivers a comprehensive suite of capital markets, banking, and financial products and services. A trusted partner to our clients, we provide corporate and transactional banking; commercial real estate lending and servicing; investment banking; equity; and fixed income solutions including sales, trading, and research capabilities to corporate, commercial real estate, government, and institutional clients across the globe.

Business Execution Services (BES) is responsible for leading and executing high priority work efforts across CIB. This role will support regulatory efforts within BES. As a Business Support Consultant 2 (BSC2), the candidate will be supporting CIB's LIBOR transition. The ideal candidate will assist in managing regulatory efforts, understanding components of a regulation and business applicability, designing solutions and define process changes with core team, etc. The BSC2 will engage with various Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) leaders across the Front Office, Legal, Compliance, and the Control Executive office, conduct project intake analysis, and identify and implement best practices across the regulatory change team.

There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business units risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.

Required Qualifications
* 4+ year of experience in one or a combination of the following: administrative support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning in financial services demonstrated through work or military experience

Desired Qualifications
* Experience consulting with internal clients and business
* Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management
* Experience leading regulatory and compliance projects
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Salary Information
The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

NY-New York: Min: $78,800 Mid: $111,000
NC-Charlotte: Min: $65,700 Mid: $92,500
