Job Description
Enterprise Products Partners L.P. is one of the largest publicly traded partnerships and a leading North American provider of midstream energy services to producers and consumers of natural gas, NGLs, crude oil, refined products and petrochemicals. The Human Resources Assistant provides comprehensive support in the areas of return-to-work coordination, drug testing program administration, and benefit program support.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Coordinate and conduct pre-employment testing, including: background checks, drug tests.
Effectively maintain applicant tracking files using Taleo.
Prepare and process employment record changes within Oracle.
Maintain records for Code of Conduct training, driver discipline and driver status, and other records.
Responsible for driver timekeeping.
Provide assistance with special projects and/or other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:
A minimum of a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required.
A college degree is preferred.
A minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience is required.
A minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience is preferred.
Strong computer skills with specific knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word are required.
Experience using Taleo applicant tracking system is preferred.
The ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, at various levels of the organization, in a business-like and professional manner is required.
Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision, adapt to frequent changes in daily work activities, process work rapidly, set priorities, work under pressure and follow through with assigned tasks in a timely manner in order to meet established deadlines is required.

The company operates through four segments: NGL Pipelines & Services, Crude Oil Pipelines & Services, Natural Gas Pipelines & Services, and Petrochemical & Refined Products Services. The NGL Pipelines & Services segment offers natural gas processing and related NGL marketing services, as well as NGL export docks and related services. It operates approximately 19,200 miles of NGL pipelines; NGL and related product storage facilities; 16 NGL fractionators; and liquefied petroleum gas and ethane export terminals, and related operations. It leases underground salt dome natural gas storage facilities in Texas and Louisiana; owns an underground salt dome storage cavern in Texas; and markets natural gas.
The Petrochemical & Refined Products Services segment operates propylene fractionation and related activities, including 800 miles of pipelines; butane isomerization complex and related deisobutanizer units; and octane enhancement and high purity isobutylene production facilities. It also operates approximately 4,100 miles of refined products pipelines; and terminals, as well as provides refined products marketing and marine transportation services. The company was founded in 1968 and is headquartered in Houston, Texas.
