Job Description
We have an exciting direct hire position open in Twinsburg, OH! A client is in search of an Accounts Payable Assistant for a permanent position.
The hours are Monday-Friday from 8AM-4PM or you can work until 5PM if necessary. This is a fully onsite position. This client does need someone who can pay a great attention to detail, has a great personality, a good attitude, and can work well under pressure.
Duties: assist AP team to assure all customer payables are accurate and processed, updating spreadsheets, compiling receipts/invoices for payments, process invoices, process cell phone checks, sorting mail, and more

Requirements
-3-5+ years of AP experience
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, especially when interacting with those in the technical and financial backgrounds
- Comprehensive knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must
- Prior experience in an A/P role preferred
