Position Summary:
This position will manage financial functions providing solid financial information regarding vendor payment activities with international vendors to senior management. It will also assist management in making educated and economic decisions about the financial platforms being utilized globally. Establish financial policies, procedures, controls and reporting systems. Ensure legal and regulatory compliance for all financial reporting functions. Responsible for handling payments values averaging 800m annually.
Position Responsibilities/Accountabilities of the Job:
Management of financial platforms including ongoing review and implementation of new systems as needed.
Responsible for maintenance and preparation of month-end and year-end closing reports, financial statements, and the financial analysis of spending by payment mode.
Continued review and development of financial operations. Identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reductions, etc.
Responsible to assure that all transactions are properly recorded in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and Company policy and procedures.
Ensure compliance with corporate policy and SOX control procedures.
Prepare necessary supporting documents and justification for all internal/external audit handlings for international finance.
Prepare reporting which summarize and forecast business activity and financial position based on past, present, and expected dollar values.
Support implementation and maintenance of key computer systems infrastructure such as SAP, ACS, IP, SCT, GTN, Business Intelligence etc.
Provide direction to associates in use of applications in order to maximize system efficiency.
Responsible for updating global finance teams with all aspects/changes to PVH process/systems.
Actively participate in business team driving strategic and tactical implementation of the business strategy.
Develop and lead performance based measurement system for business.
