Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

Prepare monthly financial reporting for manufacturing plants/product lines
Prepare monthly journal vouchers for various accounting issues
Consolidate regional financial and management reporting
Prepare financial variance analyses with comparison to prior periods and budgets
Analyze capital spending, fixed assets, and managed working capital movements and prepare related management forecasts
Prepare and support management presentations on critical financial issues
Support operations/finance teams in annual budget development
Evaluate and prepare cost reduction opportunities
Support periodic standard cost development activities
Participate in internal control audits and evaluations, including periodic physical inventories
Ability to travel both domestic and international up to 10%

Education & Experience:

Candidate should have 3+ years of relevant work experience (preferably in a manufacturing environment)
Knowledge of accounting principles and application
Advanced  Microsoft Office skills, Expert Microsoft Excel capabilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in financial modeling and analysis (balance sheet, cash flow and income statement)
Must have organizational skills including the ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
Preferred experience with SAP
