Currently, we are seeking a talented HR Professional to join the Corporate Division HR Team in Newport Beach, CA. The HR Business Partner team supports the goals and initiatives of their internal clients to meet their objectives through effective people strategies.
How you will make an impact:
Provide support to Corporate Division HR Business Partner team to successfully address HR needs for the corporate division in a fast-paced environment
Build strong relationships with internal client groups. Management and Employee partners.
Coach, counsel and advise on performance management, employee relations issues, goal setting and strategy planning.
Support key HR initiatives including but not limited to annual compensation, year end calibration, succession planning, training, reporting; metrics, engagement surveys, data analytics and Workday process, new hire interview/60 day interview, terminations/exit interviews
What will make you stand out
5+ years of HR experience to include employee relations experience, customer service
Strong influencing, problem solving, analytical, customer service and interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to anticipate problems or challenges and be flexible in solving them.
Professional demeanor and ability to use discretion when dealing with confidential matters.
Experience facilitating presentations in group settings.
