We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced VP of Talent and Transformation.
Responsibilities
The Vice President, Talent and Transformation is responsible for leading Envision’s approach to supporting the teammate lifecycle from onboarding through coaching, learning and career development. The Vice President will be responsible for developing strategy, leading a portfolio of projects, and driving teammate attraction and retention. The Vice President of Talent and Transformation will also be responsible for driving a team that leads transformation projects within HR and across the business, inclusive of the development of Envision’s job architecture and career pathing and the transition of the HR function to a new operating model.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Talent
Design the organization’s approach to goal setting, performance management, talent assessment, talent development and coaching
Train and partner with HR leaders, Operations and Business Partners, to effectively execute our talent strategy
Lead Envision’s annual talent assessment and succession planning process
Develop Envision’s career path framework and experiences and training to enable teammates to grow their careers at Envision
Learning
Define Envision’s approach to learning for roles, aligned to Envision’s career path framework
Expand Envision’s approach to learning from formal instruction to include apprenticeship, shadowing, and on the job learning
Lead the development and execution of Envision’s management and leadership training programs
Strengthen Envision’s onboarding process and lead the development of Envision’s new onboarding processes with the implementation of our new human capital management system
Build a plan to assess and continuously improve the efficiency or our learning and development work
Culture and Organization Transformation
Support the continued activation of Envision’s shared values, identifying opportunities to demonstrate accountability to and celebrate those who embody our shared values
Continue to identify opportunities to link our values to the ways in which our team works (interviews, onboarding, communication)
HR Organization Transformation
Lead the HR operations transformation team, responsible for strategic projects and management processes for the HR function and business
Support the process of transforming processes and role clarity as the HR organization aims to transition into a strategic business partner model
Drive consistency in management processes

Education/Experience
8+ years of progressive experience leading talent, learning and organization work
Experience leading a team required
Strategy consulting experience preferred
