As a Senior Journey & Client Experience Leader for Capital Group, you will be responsible for leading the digital customer experience (CX) strategy, day-to-day journey operations and longer-term build and implementation of digital CX initiatives. You will lead development for the holistic cross-functional views of the client journey to drive growth in our business and ongoing improvement in the client experience. You will serve as a key leader within our Digital Leadership team and a key business partner across the North America client and cross-client groups.

You are a leader who builds and fosters diverse and inclusive teams; ensuring an environment where all associates can bring their true and best selves to work. You are comfortable leading Managers whom also manage others.
You have a high level of expertise (minimum 10-15 years’ experience) in digital marketing and direct experience in client experience design, journey mapping, marketing media strategy and development of digital strategy. Experience within asset management/finance is helpful, although not required.
You look forward to the opportunity to mentor more junior marketing talent, as well as sharing your expertise in foundational digital marketing topics (e.g., SEO, SEM, tagging, triggered emails), channels (paid, earned and owned), as well as experience in advanced marketing tactics (e.g., real-time decision-making, personalization at scale, including relevant key drivers and KPIs/measurement) with key internal partners.
You have expert knowledge/experience in marketing automation and other marketing technology/platforms, content & customer relationship management systems, data management and visualization, analytics, reporting, and/or tech stack architecture (e.g., Eloqua, Journey Builder, social listening tools, Adobe Target, reports from Adobe Analytics and Audience Manager).
You are skilled in translating business problems into searing marketing insights, developing strategies and managing execution of strategic projects.
You are a proven leader with a track record of working with agile teams in developing and executing differentiated, break-through digital client experiences across multiple channels.
You have the experience to operate in a high-impact role with strategic agility, taking an idea from ambiguous to operationally successful. Your pragmatic approach and ability to connect partners and drive connected experiences for internal and external stakeholders has driven your success in prior leadership roles.
