YOUR ROLE
Reporting to the CEO, the Customer Solutions leader is responsible for driving initiatives that strategically improve and influence homeownership for the future. The position requires a visionary leader with strong commercial experience and an exceptional ability to inspire an innovative culture. The Customer Solutions leader is responsible for driving a strong market position and competitiveness in the industry, while building a high-performing commercial organization within Enact. Additionally, this position is responsible for leading strategy for the entire Enact MI business.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
The Customer Solutions leader will lead Marketing, Customer Success teams, Business Strategy, and Business Development. Championing commercial transformation, this role will lead an organization driving how we go to market and deliver innovative solutions to engage and grow our customer base. The Customer Solutions leader will set business direction and strategy by proactively identifying industry trends, business issues, and marketing opportunities, and strategically prioritize business initiatives. Demonstrating exceptional relationship-building skills, the Customer Solutions leader will partner with our Sales team, as well as Enact’s largest customers, financial technology partners, and external stakeholders to develop industry-leading MI solutions. Finally, the Customer Solutions Leader will oversee business development and diversification to include international operations.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate brings a wealth of commercial experience and have the business acumen and an understanding of mortgage finance, financial technology, or similar industry experience to develop and execute strategic initiatives across multiple disciplines and layered stakeholders. Candidates should have:
Undergraduate degree
10+ years of progressive business experience with five years at a senior management level
Experience leading a matrixed commercial organization, with responsibilities for customer engagement and go-to-market strategy
Demonstrated ability to drive strategic vision and effectively lead a large-scale organization of diverse professionals
Proven record of communication and leadership excellence to accomplish stretch goals within a dynamic corporate framework
Strong passion and commitment to ongoing employee and personal development
Proven ability to build and grow a business, to successfully manage a P&L, to drive innovative customer solutions, system enhancements and automation
Ability to define and create expanded business opportunities by partnering with Sales, Operations, IT, Risk, Legal, Government Relations, and other internal resources
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
MBA
5+ years mortgage industry, mortgage insurance, or fintech experience
Current relationships with GSE’s, Fintech partners, and mortgage finance lenders
