Job Description
The Air Cargo Pricing Analyst is an integral part of the Americas Air Team, responsible for preparing and strategically managing the air pricing of Global RFQs in the Americas region, and supporting pricing of Global RFQs from other geographies. This role supports our Americas Air programs and initiatives through project management and development of communication materials.
Key Responsibilities
COORDINATE GLOBAL AIR RFQs
Review RFQ documentation including contract requirements
Identify opportunities, risks, and challenges
Perform data analysis using Excel and Power BI
Communicate with sales, account management, air product, and team members at various levels
Collaborate with team stakeholders to develop a pricing strategy
Manage multiple deadlines at a time
Follow-up on RFQ outcomes
RFQ EXECUTION
Convert customer format using excel formulas
Insert / integrate pricing based on tools and in line with strategy
Communicate with the field and keep pricing team updated on progress
Compile rate responses from branches into pricing templates
Audit responses for accuracy and cohesion
Maintain communication per DRP (Documentation Retention Policy)
GENERAL PRICING SUPPORT
Continuously update RFQ Pricing Tool database
Maintain RFQ tools such as local charges and ATA tariffs as requested
Actively engage in and support Pricing side projects
Maintain RFQ workflow and proactively communicate with account management on upcoming bids
AMERICAS AIR PROGRAM SUPPORT
Manage project timelines, track deliverables, update documentation
Prepare documents and communication materials to support development of regional air programs
