Responsibilities
• Plans, conducts, and documents tests on products, systems, components, materials, and manufacturing processes and technologies.
• Designs and analyzes test hardware, test plans, and manufacturing technologies; guides fabrication of experimental hardware and electronic test assemblies; also develops and deploys data system hardware.
• Provides technical support for project management, including test plans or proposals, cost and schedule estimates for test programs, and instrumentation and test condition definitions.
• Guides test mechanics and electricians, and performs metrology and calibration certification services. Investigates, analyzes, and resolves test program-related problems and anomalies.
• Conducts tests per plan and processes data; documents test plans and results; and provides data, information, and knowledge to requesting customers. Interfaces with engineers, peers, group leaders, internal and external suppliers, and laboratory users for direction, collaboration, approval, and identifying requirements to resolve design, manufacturing, and related process problem
Qualifications
Required Skills:
• 2-4 year experience in the field
