About the role:

The Financial Analyst will play a key role within the Supply Chain optimization program in the operations network. The individual will provide reporting, analytics, and planning support and will be an important contributor to understanding and communicating the financial performance of the program to Senior Leadership.

This position works closely with key business partners in the manufacturing network to accurately plan spend across multiple workstreams.  The position requires an outgoing candidate who can build strong relationships with multiple business partners.

Key responsibilities include:

Build relationships with manufacturing plant leadership teams, plant finance teams and program workstream teams
Develop detailed financial budgets and forecasts incorporating historic, trended and current business information
Monitor workstream and functional spending versus expectations and clearly articulate variance drivers, opportunity and risk through robust reporting and analytics
Lead deep dive reviews with program workstreams during budget building phase and monthly reviews to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
Perform financial analysis and recommend alternative courses of action by utilizing appropriate financial tools and creative problem solving
Present to upper management & business partners and provide guidance on variances and trends
Develop and utilize sound financial processes, with an eye towards process improvements and efficiencies
Support ad-hoc requests and projects when necessary

What we’re looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance or Accounting required (MBA or masters a plus)
2 – 4+ years of financial analysis, planning, and business support experience required
Strong financial analysis skills. Attention to detail & data accuracy
Ability to consolidate, synthesize and report on large amounts of financial data
Great communication and customer-oriented skillset
Exceptional organizational, prioritization & time management skills
Team orientated
Strong systems skills. Familiarity with SAP a plus.  Excel skillset required
