We’re actively seeking a talented Director Operations Support to join our Life Division's Operation team. This role can be on-site or 100% remote.

As a Director of Operations Support, you’ll play a key role in Pacific Life’s growth and long-term success by planing, performing, and implementing initiatives to analyze and measure the effectiveness of existing business processes and develop sustainable and quantifiable process improvements.

How you will make an impact:

Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for improvement opportunities.

Collects and analyzes data and diagrams current processes to identify the root cause of process problems and recommend solutions.

Measures performance against process requirements and recommends practices and procedures to improve process efficiencies, effectiveness, and cost.

Researches internal and external benchmarks and best practices for use in evaluating processes.

Assesses how new technologies and tools can be used to improve upon or reengineer business processes.  

The experience you will bring:

10+ years of leadership experience within a corporate operations environment

4-year degree or equivalent experience

Experience resolving complex technical, operational, and organizational challenges

Ability to set organizational priorities and allocate resources
