Altria Group Distribution Companys role is to provide sales, distribution and consumer engagement services for Altrias tobacco operating companies. We are currently seeking a highly qualified Senior Analyst, Customer Supply Chain. This role is responsible for the management of our third-party warehouses that house and distribute finished goods from our family of companies. Activities include being the face of Altria to our partners, negotiating rates and contracts, executing distribution plans from our OpCos, and coming up with new ways to distribute products through our supply chain. Candidates for this position can be located anywhere in the United States.

Job Duties:

* Responsible for assigned vendors performance and budget, audits (to include travel), metrics review with providers, contract rate negotiations, training warehouse personnel, and having leadership conversations to align provider with our expectations.
* Lead OpCo initiatives at assigned public warehouses to include training warehouse personnel on processes and systems, negotiating rates for new products, working with OpCos to get requirements, documenting requirements, following up on any issues after go-live, and SAP testing.
* Manage public warehouse issues resolution (system problems and customer delivery issues).
* Oversight of the claims process to include following up with insurance companies on payments, management of the signing of liability release forms by the vendor and Altria and working with the external vendor to continually improve the process.
* Coordinating with the quality assurance groups, PMI, etc. and updating as processes evolve, updating the metrics we track, and ensuring compliance with certain processes, such as system access review and background screening requirements.

Qualifications Include:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Management, preferably with a focus in Supply Chain and Logistics or related discipline.
* Prior supply chain and vendor management experience.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate across all levels of an organization.
* Eagerness to help solve new challenges.
* Prior experience managing 3rd party warehouses is a plus.
* Ability to solve problems independently.
* Ability to travel up to 40%.
