Job Description

Summary:

We are searching for a Senior Administrative Assistant- Human Resources— someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you'll provide administrative and secretarial support.

Hours- M-F 8a-5p

Responsibilities :

• Prepares and handles correspondence, memos, reports, presentations, and other documents for the Executive/Director
• Coordinates schedules and projects
• Responds to inquiries from parents, patients, visitors, hospital employees, and hospital leaders and determines the urgency of the situation, suggests appropriate referrals, or informs the Executive/Director when the situation warrants his/her attention
• Performs other essential supportive functions
• Handles incoming/outgoing mail
• Arranges travel
• Participates in reception relief

Qualifications:

Being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 is required for all employees at Texas Children’s, unless approved for a medical or religious exemption.

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent
• 5 years of secretarial experience
• Medical and college background
