The Opportunity
The Change Management Director is accountable for assessing and developing Change Readiness solutions to assist in the successful deployment of multi-faceted organizational projects, involving technology solutions, organizational design, and process changes. The role is ultimately responsible for creating and executing change management plans that maximize employee adoption and usage, and minimizes resistance.
The Change Lead will partner with the Program Evolution leads including sub teams, process teams, (future) deployment team, and key business stakeholders to ensure successful deployment of the new business processes and HCM system for the organization.
The Work Itself
Build and apply a structured change methodology and tool set to create a strategy to support the adoption of the changes required.
Work across project teams to ensure project goals are well understood and change management strategy and tool kit are used to assess change impact, change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
Establish a macro and micro level change management plan. Partner with project team leads to ensure micro level change plan is established.
Complete work plans tasks and milestones on time, manage workload, and escalate issues to the Program/Project leadership team. Gain business acceptance and sign-off on all deliverables.
Educate Project teams regarding change and readiness scope, activities, milestones and deliverables requiring their input, support and signoff.
Develop and support delivery of functional communication messages, tailoring them to meet the needs of multiple stakeholder groups throughout the project lifecycle
Input to the development of a role-based training curriculum (inclusive of training course objectives, delivery requirements, assessment methods and duration)
Assist in the preparation of trainers by participating in and delivering Train-the-Trainer sessions
The Skills You Bring
Bachelors degree preferred in HR/ OD or related field
7+ years of related experience
Demonstrated prior success of leading large scale change in a complex environment; prior experience leading technology enabled change a plus.
Demonstrated ability in influencing multiple stakeholders toward a common vision or goal
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Knowledge of HR Business processes (preferred)
HCM experience (preferred)
