The primary responsibilities of this role, Director Global Strategic Marketing Oncology, are to:
????????????????????????????Integral part of the Global Strategic marketing team for Nubeqa, a potential blockbuster launch product in prostate cancer;
Responsible for leading the creation and execution of our multichannel promotional strategy;
Lead for creation of global rep delivered promotional materials;
Lead creation of global peer to peer strategy, speakers bureau and promotional content nmCRPC budget planning and tracking;
Partner with market research to field research aligned to KPIs and identified gaps;
Support nmCRPC launch lead in KPI development, analysis, and monitoring;
Gather feedback from cross-functional and regional marketing teams on key initiatives;
Ensure effective for potentially the largest oncology brand in the SBU, working closely with the matrix team.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree;
Ability to effectively communicate with marketing and nonmarketing managers at all levels;
Cooperation and motivation of others;
Understanding as to the overall marketing communication, conventions and symposium programs;
Have knowledge of advertising, promotions, policies and practices within the industry and promotional strategies in order to enhance product marketing;
Solve problems in areas of marketing communications which includes agency liaison, promotional practices and policies, product packaging and labeling, basic copy surface design, etc. and conventions, conferences and symposia;
Identify and accurately evaluate current and new competitive products and promotional activities in the world wide pharmaceutical marketplace applying this knowledge to realize maximum potential for assigned products and recommending marketing opportunities to country marketing teams;
Provide strategic planning to implement long and short range product management communication and symposia objectives established in the annual plan;???????
Preferred Qualifications:
M.B.A. or Ph.D. or advanced degree;
8+years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in across marketing, sales, or related functions with at least three years in marketing;
Combination of applicable experience/education;
Experience in global marketing, launch experience and oncology marketing;
Experience in new product launch, key performance indicator development and tracking, planning, product promotion and financial procedures.
