Core Responsibilities
Join a fast growing and dynamic team and support the country's second largest electric vehicle (EV) incentive program
The Reporting Analyst for EV Program Integration will configure, manage, and analyze Salesforce and Oracle BI reports and data, in addition to other Company datasets, to create insights leading to operational efficiencies for the PowerReady program. This includes creating reports, synthesizing data from Salesforce and Oracle BI in addition to on-the-ground EV team experience, to craft actionable recommendations that support measurable program improvements
Support identification, prioritization, and fulfillment of the EV team's ongoing business needs related to the PowerReady Salesforce portal and other Company systems that are used to implement the program
Support cross-functional technology and business communications and collaboration between multiple Con Edison organizations
Train and support program Participants who are using the Salesforce community portal to manage their projects
Train and support internal EV team users, including business development and program management teams, on best practices and usage of the PowerReady Salesforce program platform
Work with other Con Edison departments and IT to oversee successful implementation of any required updates or releases to PowerReady Salesforce portal and internal work management systems
Support procurement and manage consultants, as needed
Support coordination between EV Team and Con Edison Energy Services and Engineering organizations, particularly in relation to operational timelines, processes, efficiencies, and program trends
Work effectively and lead cross-functional teams responsible for new department initiatives that may arise from time to time
Provide problem solving and strategic support to the department
Represent the Company's interest to internal and external stakeholders as needed
Perform other related tasks and assignments as required
Ensure that safe work practices are followed, and the environment is fully protected in accordance with Company policy and governmental regulations

Bachelor's Degree And 3 years of work experience
