Are you someone who has the passion and capability to be a Tech Analyst within the WMA CTO team?
We’re looking for a Tech Business Analyst to:
•help schedule and coordinate WMA IT "Tech Talks" and CTO education pipeline
•help drive and implement reference and solutions architectures within WMA IT
•help WMA IT navigate on-boarding targeted applications to the Cloud
•help implement a developer-focused, best-in-class DevOps model
•partner with WMA IT leads to develop technology roadmaps that align to business roadmaps and optimal target state
•collaborate with Group CTO to develop standards and reference technology implementations that assist new technology adoption within Wealth Management Americas
•help implement and lead a team focused on Tech Refresh across the WMA estate - to modernize the application environment and comply with underlying technical standards
•work collaboratively with peer teams in country as well as colleagues in other locations such as Poland and India
Your team
You’ll be joining our WMA CTO team based in Weehawken, NJ and be part of a global team spread across India, Poland and the United States. We provide technology guidance to both business partners and IT application developers. We ensure technology is deployed in line with strategy, standards and best practices. We innovate and drive best in class technology solutions fit for business purposes.
Your expertise
•a broad, enterprise-wide view of the business and varying degrees of appreciation for strategy, processes and capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance
•technology experience, preferably in a delivery/delivery lead role
•ideally 2+ years of proven development and delivery experience, with large, enterprise IT projects.
• the ability to apply architectural principles, methods, and tools to business challenges
•the ability to analyze and correlate disconnected documentation and drawings, and articulate their collective relevance to the organization and to high-priority business issues
•the ability to visualize and create high-level technology models (rigorous information-rich diagrams) that can be used to extend and mature the technology architecture
•exceptional communication skills and the demonstrable ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualizations
•a team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus. Must be reliable and commitment oriented
•strong situational analysis and decision making abilities.
•ideally 2+ years of experience in Financial Services with a focus on enterprise architecture
