Job Description
This role supports the implementation and deployment of the Make to Deploy capabilities of the Enterprise First Global template (built through SAP S4 concepts) with a specific focus on the integration with the Quality Control module. Objectives of the role are to ensure that the Global Template supports the execution of business processes related to Quality management & Production in general and the related deployments to multiple countries. This role will adopt and adhere to PepsiCo Agile Methodology (PAM) principles for the Global Template project.
Make To Deploy components in Scope in Designing, implementing, and maintaining
* Quality management incorporating quality assurance of PepsiCos inbound receipts and manufacturing processes, while ensuring that PepsiCo products have been properly tested in accordance with regulatory food and safety laws.
* QM will also ensure the integration of quality data to the three different FLNA MES systems.FLNA will be the first movers for inbound quality interfaces.
Qualifications/Requirements
* Bachelors degree required
* 5+ years of experience configuring, deploying and managing SAP ERP with a focus on Quality and/or Production modules
* Hands-on SAP Manufacturing, Supply Chain and QM configuration experience
* S/4 HANA Manufacturing (including batch management, quality management ) is preferred
* S/4 HANA Supply Chain Configuration and implementation of the following SAP modules based on business requirements is preferred
* Knowledge in setting up various kind of planning processes ( Make to Stock, ETO, CTO) and integration with other planning solution i.e. IBP, APO & third party planning solutions
* Understanding of integration points and dependencies between Manufacturing, Supply Chain, QA and other SAP modules is required
* SQL skills
* Good understanding of Integration Toolset (Tibco, MQ)
