Job Description

This position will be expected to interact daily with the project team leads, project manager, factory and functional support teams.

Required Skills:

Candidate must possess a minimum of 5 years related experience in production, manufacturing, operations, or similar environment.
Must have broad knowledge of manufacturing planning/scheduling and lean manufacturing concepts.
Factory continuous improvement leadership
Root Cause and Corrective Action implementation
Excellent written and verbal communication & interpersonal skills as well as the ability to communicate across the organization
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Demonstrated ability to work in a team based cross-functional environment.
Excellent problem solving, and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
Ability to develop creative solutions to achieve goals of improved efficiency and low assembly costs
US Citizenship is requires as the position will require the ability to access US only data systems

Desired Skills:

Cost Account Manager (CAM), Estimate at Completion (EAC), and variance analysis experience
Risk and Opportunity management for area of control
Experience with Raytheon processes such as IPDS, EVMS, and R6s
Advanced computer skills (MS Excel, MS Power Point)
Experience in the following applications: IMRO, PRISM, CMES, Common PDM
Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification

Required Education:

Bachelors of Science Degree (B.S.) or Bachelor in Arts (B.A.) in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or related field

Desired Education:

Masters of Science Degree (M.S.) or Masters of Arts (M.A.) or MS in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, Operations, Master’s Supply Chain Management, or related field
