Our employees are not only part of history, they are making history. We are seeking an Agile Specialist to help lead projects, programs, or organizations in their adoption of Agile practices. The Agile Specialist helps to provide best practices, process tailoring, training, and coaching to enable effective Agile execution.  They will work closely with other Agile Coaches to provide training and guidance to Agile Release Trains and Scrum Teams in support of project planning activities and Agile Ceremonies. This position also assists in developing, maintaining, and continuously improving standard Agile training, practices, policies, and procedures across operations and development lifecycles.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Assess teams and organizations against our current standard to identify improvement opportunities for our internal and external customers
Assist in establishing our change management processes
Assist in developing Agile training, including role-based training and workshops
Deliver role-based training, facilitate training and workshops for leadership, and enable employee engagement
Coach and guide Agile Release Trains, Scrum Teams, Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, and Product Owners on best practices
Promote a culture that fosters problem solving, innovation, experimentation and focuses on value delivery
Drive alignment and coordination across multiple teams to optimize collaboration, execution, and communication
Utilize feedback and metrics to work with other coaches and Teams to focus on Continuous Improvement
Reinforce an Agile mindset, Agile behavior, and positive culture change across all levels of the organization
Support day-to-day activities including meeting invitations, supporting Agile Release Trains and Scrum Teams, and following up on actions

Minimum Education / Experience: 2 years with Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.Computer Skills Advanced Microsoft Office, with advanced PowerPoint Skills. MS SharePoint and experience with Jira is preferred.Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Scrum Master or Product Owner experience and certification preferred
