Principal Responsibilities:
Internal communications: Develop and implement a global employee communications strategy in support of Farnell and closely aligned with Avnet corporate strategy - including planning, logistics, and content development for employee meetings and events.
Executive communications: Work closely with Farnell executives on messaging strategy, development, and delivery across all mediums , preparing senior leaders for presentations (town halls, team meetings, etc) to help ensure narratives are consistent and effective.
Employee engagement: Communicate and coordinate internal programs, such as diversity and inclusion initiatives, change management, environmental, social and governance (ESG) and employee recognition programs.
Writing and content development: Create compelling, relevant, timely content, stories, emails and messaging; proof and edit; and manage the company's intranet.
Global alignment: As a member of the Avnet Global Communications team, you'll ensure strategy and content aligns with Avnet global communications strategy and messaging.

Work Experience:
