Job Description

Key Responsibilities and Duties

       Handle operational issues and drive key improvements to reduce manual workload.     

   Drive direction and collaborate with partners in critical environments.        

Collaborate with supporting technology teams to define, test, and implement new security solutions.         

Troubleshoot access & automation related incidents      

   Approach each situation with a security-focused mindset    

    Stay knowledgeable of company and industry security standards       

Ensure compliance with various IT security policies    

Educate and communicate security requirements and procedures to IT system owners and others      

Define and implement RACF strategy         

  Design and implement governance processes     

Being available during on call situations

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

5 or more years of experience with more years of experience with Mainframe Technologies.
3 or more years of experience with identity and access management.

Preferred Qualifications

2 or more years of experience writing COBOL code
Four year degree preferred 
Cloud experience (AWS, Azure)
CyberArk Enterprise Password Vault experience
Experience with Ping Identity PingFederate, Microsoft Azure Authenticator
Splunk experience
Knowledge of implementing a privileged access model for a platform or application
Experience with Service Now, Sailpoint, Varonis, Tableau, Powershell and other scripting languages
Experience working in and guiding a team-oriented and collaborative IT environment
Exceptional leadership skills and interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills
Strong documentation and problem solving skills
Highly self-motivated, directed, and can work independently without supervision in a high-pressure environment
