Customer Experience Associate
Boxer Property is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Associate to join our team to provide administrative support to our Leasing and Property Management teams. You will handle a high volume of calls and be the “Face of Boxer Property”. Your professional presence and superior communication skills are essential to success in this entry level position.
Under general supervision, the CEA interacts directly with prospective tenants to schedule leasing tours for Leasing Agents across the nation. This position acts as the conduit for leasing department by conveying the benefits of the property to prospective tenants in an effort to schedule an appointment (inbound calls). This is an entry level position.
Role Responsibilities:
Answer high volume of calls
greet visitors in a pleasant and professional manner
Deal with inquiries in reception and maintaining a clean, tidy environment in the Corporate common areas
Work as part of a Corporate Reception Team
Transfer calls to the appropriate person and take clear messages with all of the relevant information if that person is not available
Responsible for outgoing mail, posting and recording incoming mail when required; responsible for processing deliveries, handling and distributing faxes
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Knowledge, Experience and Education:
Advanced customer service skills to diplomatically communicate with customers.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently; excellent attention to detail.
Ability to listen, communicate (written and verbal), excellent grammar, spelling and proof reading skills and follow-up effectively with all prospects.
Ability to work independently, self-starter, energetic.
Ability to demonstrate good common sense and sound judgment.
Ability to perform at high levels in a fast paced ever-changing work environment.
Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction.
Communicate in a pleasant, helpful and professional manner
Requires working on own initiative, carrying out administration duties to a high standard; accuracy and speed of work is essential; must have the ability to time manage and multi task
A commitment to customer service a must with the ability to diplomatically communicate with clients and staff in a fast paced environment
