Key Responsibilities:
Send out cyclical training reports, updates, and reminders
Communicate training expiration to leader’s to ensure TMs are trained timely
Contact job applicants, follow up with background check, workday task, tour schedules, and electronic paperwork needed
Perform routine task required prior to new hire orientation
Maintaining employee records
Support HR Specialist with Schedule meetings, send necessary communication, run required reporting to fill internal job positions
Post open positions, schedule interview times for job applicants, manage the background check and drug screening process & coordinate building tours
Assist job applicants with the application process and respond to questions
Respond to questions regarding turndowns as necessary
Recognize safe behaviors; communicate unsafe behaviors to leaders
Updating data bases internally such as leave of absences
Skills Needed:
Organizational
Able to prioritize
Ability to meet deadlines
Proficient with Microsoft office or related software
1+ year administrative experience
Verbal/Written Skills
Interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Proficient with or ability to quickly learn HR technology software (workday)
Physical requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs. at a time
Must be able to navigate and access each department at the organizations facility
