Job Summary:

Senior Qlik Sense Developers will lead efforts and/or resources in the areas of design, development and analysis of solutions and/or recommendations to drive or support business performance management, operations management, reporting, and data modeling. Senior Qlik Sense Developers will consult with business leaders to understand drivers and challenges affecting performance and operations. Senior Qlik Sense Developers will provide strategic direction and, working with other team members, develop action plans to address and support business needs.

Work with business stakeholders to elicit requirements
Design, develop, and implement reports and dashboards to leverage our data
Assist with: business area analysis, requirements definition, source data identification, and data quality.
Identify inconsistencies and/or anomalies in data or business requirements
Able to correctly assess and articulate a business problem.
Able to apply logic and draw accurate conclusions from information.
Work collaboratively with team members in an Agile framework.
Develop data models.
Communicate plans and progress with team on a regular basis.
Keep current with the direction of the business and the needs of internal customers.
Mentor others in areas in areas where proficient
Any other tasks as assigned

Position Requirements:

5+ years of experience  with developing Business Intelligence solutions (reports, dashboards, scorecards)
3-5 years QlikView / QlikSense experience.
Strong ability to analyze user requirements and build front-end BI applications according to specifications
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to coordinate concurrent projects.
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Strong organizational skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Self-motivated and directed.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Ability to communicate technical information in a business friendly manner.

Experience with Agile/Scrum Methodology also a plus
Ability to work in the Glen Allen, VA office
