Job Description
What you will be doing:
Provide onsite Desktop Support.
Address HelpDesk tickets.
Troubleshoot issues for end-users in-person and remotely.
What you need to join:
3+ years of experience supporting a Desktop environment.
Experience Installing, configuring & troubleshooting Windows 10 Desktops.
Experience working with a ticketing system & addressing tickets.
Experience addressing and supporting user issues.
Good understanding of Networking technologies as they pertain to Desktop.
Ability to perform physical equipment replacement, including but not limited to Desktop PCs, Laptops, monitors, docking stations, etc.
Ability to work on-site in Stow, OH during regular business hours
Strong troubleshooting skills
Strong Communication skills
Be a good team player
Show flexibility under changing conditions
Nice to have:
Windows 10 Certifications are a plus
