Associate Omnichannel Marketing Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop innovative omnichannel marketing plans to generate business results at Kroger: Integrates knowledge of Clorox/Brand objectives, customer strategies and consumer/shopper insights to develop customer specific strategies and business building programs. Integrates retailer specific marketing plans into overall sales strategy at retailer.  
Leads execution of omnichannel marketing plans with excellence: Manage the budgeting, planning and development of marketing programs at retailer from creative concept to execution.  
Drive OmniChannel Marketing efficiency and ROI: Works within assigned budget to ensure effective and efficient spends. Gives input into strategies/plans based on pre/post event analysis. Oversees agency administrative management of budget.   
Contribute to OmniChannel Marketing capability and influence: Serves as the voice of the consumer to influence brand and retailer strategy. Builds strong relationships with internal cross-functional teams and leverages omni/shopper marketing and retail tools, processes, resources. Supports external (retailer/agency/vendor/marketing partner) relationships to ensure flawless execution of plans. 

Key Skills, Abilities, Experience and Education Required

Requirements:

BS/BA degree (focus on marketing or business preferred)
1-3 years of CPG Brand Marketing, OmniChannel/Shopper/Customer Marketing (at top tier CPG company), or CPG sales experience preferred but not required
Previous experience working with Kroger preferred but not required
