Position Summary:
The Administrative Coordinator works supports the General Services/Facilities manager. The Coordinator performs all office and project functions for the department.
Key Position Functions:
• Process work orders in a timely
• Maintainse accurate records of beeper assignments
• Monitors all keys issued and returned
• Prepares meeting agenda minutes; schedules departmental meetings
• Assists in routing of calls for work/service related requests, i.e.: maintenance, housekeeping, security, parking or shuttle service requests; responds promptly to emergency calls
• Records all incoming service requests for tracking and monitoring purposes.
• Maintains accurate parking card records, ensures that parking costs are charged to employees. Issues new and replacement parking cards as needed. Ensures cards are returned/cancelled when the employess cancels parking and/or terminate employment.
• Identifies invoices, assigns the correct account and sub-account numbers, reviews and highlights items of concern for the Manager's review and approval.
• Enters all new material safety data sheets into computer database.
• Processes bi-weekly payroll via Kronos.
• Creates hospital I.D.'s for all employees, students and volunteers.
