Job Summary:

Collections of Traffic Data for TV, Radio and Digital.

The Traffic Producer is responsible for collecting data from numerous resources, entering that information into a proprietary database, scanning social media sites, operating cameras, listening to scanners, answering telephones, and related activities relevant to Total Traffic & Weather Network (TTWN) services including radio, television, web-sites, navigation affiliates, and various traffic applications.

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of the Tri-State area roadways and use of digital mapping sites
Excellent communication and social media skills
Proficiency with basic computer programs and the Internet
Reliable and punctual
Ability to multi-task and work well under tight deadlines
Adapt to quickly changing information and environment
Takes direction well and is a quick learner
Outgoing personality
Work well individually or within a team
Reliable transportation
Strong understanding and knowledge of roadways and landmarks in Philadelphia and South Jersey
Availability during weekdays, weekends, holidays, and overnights is required

Experience:

One or two years experience producing for a commercial radio/TV station or traffic company.
Experience as a traffic producer or data collector is a plus.
Bachelor's Degree in Communications
