Position Summary
JetBlue is looking for a Senior Analyst to join Product Development’s Ground Experience (GEX) team in NYC. The GEX team is responsible for developing products and solutions that enhance the Customer experience pre- and post-travel.
The Senior Analyst will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategic GEX initiatives, focusing on those related to forthcoming Transatlantic flights, such as lounge solutions in relevant BlueCities, ground transportation partnerships, and more. The Senior Analyst will also help manage terminal redesign and relocation initiatives.
Additionally, the Senior Analyst will support the GEX Manager in overseeing JetBlue-managed concessions programs, with a focus on Terminal 5 (T5) at JFK Airport.
The ideal candidate has a passion for transportation infrastructure & design that optimizes the customer experience, the ability to work effectively cross-functionally both within JetBlue and with business partners, strong problem-solving abilities, and highly-developed quantitative and inter-personal skills. Essential Responsibilities
Develop and implement GEX initiatives to support forthcoming Transatlantic flights, including lounge solutions and other strategic initiatives such as ground transportation partnerships
Provide strategic planning and analytical support for terminal redesign and relocation initiatives
Assist with the development of strategic partnerships to further enhance the ground experience, such as technology to improve the terminal and concessions experience
Provide support to the GEX Manager in overseeing the T5 concessions program and its restoration post-COVID
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related relevant field
Demonstrated knowledge of and passion for the ground experience portion of the travel ribbon, including transportation infrastructure and design and the retail environment in the airport
Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience communicating with senior leadership and effectively managing relationships with business partners
Strong written and verbal communication ability
Available for occasional overnight travel (10%)
Must pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment drug test
Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
Preferred Experience and Qualifications
Master’s degree in aviation, urban transportation, finance, or a related field
Education or work experience involving planning/development of transportation infrastructure initiatives
Experience with food, retail and consumer service concession operations and finances

Regular attendance and punctuality
Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short-notice
Well-groomed and able to maintain a professional appearance
When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft
