Job Summary:
As a Manufacturing Cell Tech in the CCS Division, located in Winchester, VA you will report to a technical supervisor.  This position will work as part of a team having responsibility for starting, operating, and adjusting manufacturing machinery and equipment with little or no supervision.  Manufacturing techs ensure products produced meet quality standards and help drive productivity by troubleshooting problems with equipment and devices
 
Job Duties:
Use technician computer to monitor and record machine statuses as well as maintain daily records of maintenance or other projects preformed
Diagnose faults, malfunctions, and mechanical problems and determine how to correct them by checking blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs
Calibrate or adjust machinery or equipment to ensure quality production
Test, troubleshoot and adjust manufacturing machinery and equipment
Keep work area clean and organized

Minimum Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED preferred, experience will be considered in lieu of education
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Must be able to lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs
Basic computer skills
Work in an environment with extreme temperatures and load noises
Internal candidates cannot have more than 3 ½ points in attendance or a 1st written warning within the last 3 months, 2nd written warning within the last 6 months or final warning within the last year

Preferred Qualifications:
Must be a team player and able to communicate effectively with co-workers and leadership
Forklift, cranes and other industrial vehicles experience preferred
2 or more years of mechanical or technical experience preferred
Must be able to use hand tools ranging from common hand and power tools to fabrication tools
