We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Administrative Assistant III.
Responsibilities
The Administrative Assistant III role is to perform administrative support tasks that are secretarial in nature for the assigned leadership of a department or major functional group. The assistant must be able to exercise professional judgment and confidentiality to complete the day-to-day tasks necessary to facilitate the duties required.
Maintain the strictest of confidentiality
Provide administrative support to leadership, as directed, including answering phones, maintaining personal schedules, coordinating meetings and preparing expense reports
Coordinate, confirm and track leadership’s travel and lodging arrangements
Schedule, verify and participate, as necessary, in meetings and appointments, including making travel arrangements and accommodations for attendees, preparing conference rooms and arranging meals
Copying, typing, sending/receiving and distribution emails, sort, distribute and respond to mail, send certified mail, screen calls, greet visitors, answer phones, set up and maintain file system, inter-office mail, overnight mail, frequently check out box and process work, etc.
Research and compile reports, proposals and presentation materials.
Answer and screen leadership calls for urgency, set priorities, take accurate messages and channel them to the proper contact individual.
Plan, coordinate and participate as directed in meetings and other off-site meetings.
Responsible for adhering to Information Security Policies and ensuring Envision is as secure as possible.

Qualifications
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience. Five (5) or more years’ experience supporting a leadership
Very strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Work independently with limited supervision
Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
Microsoft Office Suite
Proficient in internet research and use
Other software and tools as needed
