Prepares and manages budget for litigation matters. Manages conduct of lawsuits, early case assessment, settlement analysis and makes determination if settlement is warranted
Initiates and manages legal holds, investigations of offensive and defensive claims and the discovery process.
Creates and manages procedures regarding IP enforcement and litigation and engages and manages outside legal counsel as appropriate
Manages and delivers IP support to customers. Prepares and delivers lessons learned from litigation matters
Point of contact and key advisor for senior executives regarding legal and compliance matters. Responsible for developing live and online compliance training and communications
Develops, implements, manages and continuously improves internal controls designed to promote legal compliance and company policy
Responsible for the protection of high value information repositories (HVDB), IP protection in the supply chain, management of the IP rating classification process used in Team Center, development of customer information handling practice BKMS, and protection of information in the apps and demo labs
Responsible for owning, administering and auditing against corporate IP protection policies.
