Knowledge and experience in use of project management/planning software packages to include Excel, Word, Project Management, Six Sigma, QDM and root cause analysis

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management or related field plus 8 years progressive related experience in project/program management, product development, systems design/development or business /financial planning and analysis in a customer support, repair service, logistic and/or warehouse environment
