How You Will Make a Difference 

What You Will Do:

Understand business implications of diversity, inclusion and equity and determine the appropriate measures of success that align with business outcomes; actively challenge the status quo to ensure the organization and its leaders understand and act on the imperative.
Partner with the Global IDEA Leader, Functional HR Leaders, Functional Leadership, and other key stakeholders to further develop clearly defined internal IDEA strategies, action plans, goals and milestones. Build, design and execute programs that promote a culture anchored in allyship, advocacy and belonging.
Serve as the lead subject matter expert for people across the organization to coach, collaborate and identify targeted areas for improvement. Work collaboratively with other members of the Global IDEA and HR organizations to create tools and materials to support the adoption of practices and behaviors that improve a diverse, inclusive and equitable workforce.
Provide thought leadership and collaborate directly with key senior leaders and HR Business Partners to promote an inclusive work environment where diversity is viewed in the broadest sense - including age, ethnicity, gender, appearance, race, physical abilities, religion, social-economic background, political affiliation, sexual orientation, sexual identity, nationality, thinking styles, life experiences, and so forth.  Develop and implement diversity recruitment and retention plans with the goal of increasing participation from all communities at all levels of the organization to meet brand goals.
Serve as the lead subject matter expert for Talent Acquisition and Talent Development broadly.  Collaborate with Global Talent & Development and HR teams to build and implement programs to support the associate journey from candidate identification to executive development.  Responsibilities include management of external talent acquisition partners, internship and apprenticeship programs, internal and external mentorship and sponsorship programs, and leadership development programming.

Skills for Success 

Years of Related Professional Experience: 12+ years 

Educational Position Requirements: BA/BS Degree in Human Resources/Organizational Development/Business Management or related degree area.

Outstanding thought leadership and passion for diversity and inclusion; Strong relationship skills; able to develop "trusted advisor" status at senior management levels to impact and influence decisions and effective actions.
Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure and time constraints
Excellent project management, analytical and organizational skills.
Must be a self-starter, able to work independently with a proactive and collaborative working style
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with comfort facilitating and leading large groups through trainings and seminars
