Job Description
Responsibilities
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and resolve customer issues of all XOS instruments. Create troubleshooting documentation
Build positive relationships by communicating with customers, sales reps, and distributors via telephone, electronically or face to face. Provide customers with training and guidance on best practices
Perform preventative maintenance service visits, maintain part inventory, & perform monthly audits
Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits
Submit prompt, accurate service reports that affect billing, inventory, instrument history, and instrument failure.
Requirements
Willingness to travel 80-90% overnight required
2+years proven experience in mechanical troubleshooting required, field service experience preferred
Proactive, positive, and personable attitude
Clean Driver's License and MVR required
Comfortability with random drug testing required
