Job Summary:
The Product Management Specialist is responsible for assisting Product Managers in the introduction of new product programs from ideation through commercialization and maintenance existing ProTool product lines.
Organizational Relationships:
The Product Management Specialist reports to the Vice President of Marketing and maintains close working relationship with Engineering, the Marketing Communications Team, Plant Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain.
Human Relations:
It is a requirement that this position deal effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization and customers. The individual must be an excellent communicator and able to effectively identify and solve problems.
Responsibilities:
Assisting in Product Management functions relating to the Pipe and Electrical product line to include:
Driving & developing new product programs
Providing analytical support for the entire product management team
Analyze existing product sales, complete customer research, and work closely with sales to understand underlying performance drivers of existing product categories and identify opportunity to grow sales
Maintaining competitive cross references, pricing analyses, etc.
Responsible for all aspects of product management for select production lines
Identify new product ideas and develop business cases to justify the development of new products

Flexible Work Schedule – Remote Work Option and Core Hours
This role has the flexibility of a remote work option up to three days a week and a core hour schedule. You can choose to flex your start and stop times given you are working during the core hours of 9:00am - 3:00pm. REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
1 or more years of experience (co-op or internship experience will be considered)
Analytical and excel skillset
PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Consumer products experience and sales experience preferred.
