Responsibilities:
As a member of a CI team, engages with key stakeholders & functional owners at the Manager level to bring transformational end-to-end process re-engineering efforts to life. Coordinates with CDT, CDO, Technology, HR and other partners to deliver holistic solutions.
Demonstrates strong business acumen and actively works to develop knowledge and understanding of the business, products, technologies, and operations.
Defines the strategic, core and support, value streams and capabilities that transcend functional and organizational boundaries.
Translates strategy and initiatives into actionable roadmaps to reshape the business.
Demonstrates analytical approach to process improvement. Leads detailed analysis and assessments to develop meaningful artifacts including business models, customer journey maps, capability maps, value streams, process maps, systems context diagrams, etc. that help to articulate current and future state.

Partners with technology partners, Product Owners, HR shared service leaders and functional owners to help define and align initiatives that will implement desired changes.

Qualifications:
5+ years business process reengineering and improvement experience. Demonstrated practice in DMAIC and/or Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams.
LSS Certifications: Black Belt or Green Belt preferred.
Highly analytical and comfortable working with data.
Ability to use data efficiently and effectively to draw out insights and calculate improvements/benefits.
Experience with CBA development.
Project management experience (PMP, Agile, Scrum & Product management experience (SAFe, PMC, etc.)
Change management experience.
Data visualization skills: Visio, Signavio, miro, etc.
Advanced Excel and Power Point skills.
Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree a plus.
