Job Description:The Operations Manager will supportthe Assistant General Manager in a highly visible operation,to ensure the safe and efficient daily operation of the parking facilities. Directs supervisory staff as necessary including following all necessary and appropriate disciplinary guidelines. Ensures adherence to all established policies. Follows up on all incident reports. Responsible for designated duties i.e. uniforms, fleet vehicles, monthly reports, supplies inventory, etc. Assist in the development and training of new personnel. Maintain appropriate documentation for any issue related to the operation.
Strong Guest Experience background, Hospitality, and or High End Retail experience will all be considered.
Minimum Requirements:High School Diploma or GED.
Customer facing experience in Guest Services Environment
Managing Staff & Operations
Flexible for rotating Shifts in a 24/7 365 Environment at LAX International Airport
