Primary Responsibilities

Lead, plan and provide design to address business requirements and value
Elicit, analyze, document and translate functional and non-functional requirements into Features and User Stories for scrum team
Support and drive the planning and estimating process
Drive delivery of requirements with stakeholders and scrum team
Support analysis, communicating impact and resolving production issues
Consult with stakeholders, partners and scrum team on business, operations and technology solutions
Demonstrate and apply understanding of UnitedHealth Groups business Health plan design & member enrollment & eligibility maintenance functions

Required Qualifications

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
5 years of progressive experience in varied technology roles
5 years of work experience as business, systems analyst, or product owner
3 years of experience in Agile methodologies
Experience leading a team or projects
You will be asked to perform this role in an office setting or other company location, however, may be required to work from home temporarily due to space limitations
Employees are required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or a similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener prior to entering the work site each day, in order to keep our work sites safe. Employees must comply with any state and local masking orders. In addition, when in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are expected to wear a mask in areas where physical distancing cannot be attained
