Position Responsibilities:
Support the Technology Leadership Team in all areas of Financial Planning and Analysis.
Coordinate the development of annual financial budget, monthly forecasts and other performance reports and measurement tools.
Support Finance and Technology Leadership Teams through the analysis and interpretation of various financial and performance measurement, capital project, operational and ad-hoc requests.
Enhance management reporting and metrics to drive understanding of trends, identify issues and drive accountability.
Proactively identify financial risks and opportunities and review with Technology and Finance management. Identify ways to influence, mitigate and/or leverage issues.
Ensure data elements related to new and revised systems provide what is needed to meet all business requirements, align with MIS methodologies, and meet post analytical and reporting needs.
Lead smaller and moderately complex projects that have an impact at division or bank wide level.
Discover methods to streamline report production by utilizing new reporting tools.
Position Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Finance or Accounting
5 years of experience with bank related financial analytical
5 years of experience in financial reporting
4 years of experience with system applications (e.g. general ledger, management accounting, financial planning, etc.)
4 years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office software (Excel including pivot tables, charts, graphs, Word, PowerPoint)
3 years of experience in building financial models
3 years of experience managing small to medium projects
3 years of experience presenting data to management
2 years of experience with BI tools (Power BI, OBIEE etc.) and/or ETL tools (Alteryx, Informatica)
