Job Description

Current Need
We are seeking an Investigations Specialist in Las Colinas/Irving, Texas or Atlanta, Georgia. This position is work from home and in office as needed.

Position Description 
The Investigations Specialist will sit on the Compliance and Ethics (C&E) team within McKesson’s General Counsel Organization (GCO).  The Investigations Specialist will report to the Head of Investigations (Sr. Director, Investigations) who oversees McKesson’s Investigations Program across the enterprise.   

The Investigations Specialist will support the Head of Investigations in supporting the Investigations Program in triaging, monitoring, recommendations, serving as a liaison between the Corporate Investigations Team and Program stakeholders to help coordinate on trainings, risk reviews, revisions of compliance policies, and other tasks designed to ensure the overall effectiveness of McKesson’s Investigations Program.   

Key Responsibilities

*Provides support to daily triage of incoming matters to ensure proper categorization
*Provides monitoring to ensure data governance in cases and cycle time requirements are maintained
*Provides support to reporting and KPI Core Program requirements.
*Provides support to the Investigations Program enhancement activities including quarterly reporting, monitoring, and other programmatic activities
*Provides support to ensure Investigations corrective and preventative actions are properly documented and tracked
Critical Skills 

*3+ years experience in compliance, legal, Business or related field
*Ability to be creative to analyze and interpret data
*Exceptional interpersonal and people skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels  
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills; excellent judgment  
*Excellent project management skills with attention to detail   
Additional Knowledge & Skills 

*Working in the healthcare industry preferred
*Certification such as CFE, CCEP, CHC or equivalent a plus 
*Compliance auditing and monitoring skills a plus
*Experience working in a large, matrixed institutional setting preferred but not required
Minimum Requirements 
3 years Compliance, Legal, HR, Business or related field or equivalent 

Education 
College education minimally required
