The WW Digital Channel Team drives the development of digital strategies across Apple channels. It is creating a consistent brand experience in the digital world, whether it is on a partners website or on global marketplaces or on social commerce. The WW Digital Channel Team serves as the center of expertise on eCommerce and will be instrumental in unlocking Apples potential in maximizing customer experience, brand presence and sales growth across digital channels. We are seeking a digital channel data and insights manager to setup, analyse and provide insights to all available digital data sets to maximise Apples sales across global digital channels. This role will be instrumental to revolutionize digital partner engagement and transform Apples customer experience with data and detailed analysis!
Key Qualifications
Key Qualifications
* 8+ years of recent experience in a data science or data analyst role
* Deep and broad experience with technologies and 3P companies in the web analytics and data insights area.
* Strong passion for data mining and predictive analytics to provide with measurable insights
* Experience measuring UX impact, customer engagement, planning and analyzing testing AB experiments
* Ability to communicate the results of analyses in a clear and effective manner to key partners and leadership teams to influence the overall digital strategy and program development
* Ability to work effectively to meet the data needs of the business, translating business needs into analytical requirements
* Proven experience succeeding in complex, matrix and cross-functional projects
* Ability to inspire, influence and collaborate across a wide range of constituents across functions and organizational levels
* Demonstrated organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
* Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills
* Willing to take action and enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment

Description
1. Create digital web analytics framework to integrate into our digital commerce RTM. 2. Work with technology and outside partners in this field. 3. Measure and report effectiveness of new digital partnerships and program implementations (digital spends, shift vs lift etc). 4. Setup and analyze digital critical metrics to measure sales effectiveness and trends to find new digital growth opportunities and optimize 5. Develop, analyze and provide key insights to testing frameworks, roadmaps and results. 6. Support business case, playbook development, sell-ins and digital channel margin framework modelling with key data insights. 7. Provide regular digital partner performance reporting frameworks, execution and key market trends.
