Job Description:The Shuttle Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of a campus shuttle operation ensuring that operations are handled within contractual guidelines of the specific location, adhering to company policies and procedures, fostering good client relations and promoting a professional image and approach to the business.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
* Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
* Manage day-to-day activities of the assigned locations, including scheduling shifts and weekly payroll
* Courteously assist students and faculty.
* In charge of the maintenance and repair of equipment and any general maintenance tasks
* Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence
* Assist with cleanup of debris, water, oil spills and etc. Substitute for any position, if necessary.
* Have a thorough knowledge of all areas of the shuttle operation, transportation route, major streets, landmarks and freeways in the area of the location
* Performs other duties as assigned or requested.

Minimum Requirements:Prior supervisory experience with a DOT-regulated shuttle operations preferred.

Proven ability to operate and manage shuttle operations.

License RequirementPer DOT Regulations, you will be required to have and maintain a valid CDL Class A, B or C Drivers License depending on the locations hiring needs, with Passenger Endorsement if you will be responsible for operating shuttle buses with a passenger capacity of 15 passengers or more.

DOT Medical CardA Medical Examiners Certificate (DOT Medical Card) is required. Availability to WorkSpecial shift requirements, if any, will vary depending on a locations hiring needs. If applicable, availability to work 2nd shift and/or week-ends may be required.

Good communication skills both written and verbal.

Knowledge of MS Office including word, excel, powerpoint and excel.
