Job DescriptionCore Functions -Lead andmanage a team of Bookkeepers, Accounting Specialists and Data Entry Clerks in the daily revenue reporting process. This includes evaluating, training, hiring and disciplining staff.

Essential Duties
* Ensure all daily revenue reports have been prepared, reconciled and data entered into Score on a daily and monthly basis
* Daily and monthly credit card process, including but not limited to, reconciling discrepancies, follow up on cash overages/shortages, preparing reports, researching customer complaints/issues and reconciling payments
* Accounts receivable process preparing weekly and monthly reports, account research and past due collection, and approve any credit or debit memos
* Payroll administer and submit payroll for a group of employees, adding/tracking employee hours, allocating hours to various facilities with the parking system and properly recording employee hours for various types of pay
* Validation billing review and approve/deny adjustment requests weekly, enter and submit invoice to clients, and complete and enter billing into Score for monthly accounts
* Commercial vehicle permit program and monthly parking lot permits
* Administer and approve accounts
* Monthly financial statements, includes but is not limited to, assisting the Accounting Manager with the monthly financial process including preparation and collection of reports
* Bank adjustments gather data and compile report monthly, research and explain any discrepancies, submit findings into Score for approval
* Additional duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements
B.S. in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent work experience

Two or more years in a management role is preferred

Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently

Expert level in MS Suite

Strong parking access control equipment experience preferred::Location:Los Angeles, CA 90045 US (Primary)
