Position Summary
This individual will be a key member of the Total Workforce Management (TWM) team. The position will be responsible for the myTWM service delivery desk, TWM master data integrity, reporting, analysis, and systems administration. This role will provide subject matter expertise relating to our global Workforce population, adherence to policy, and application of TWM and Lean best practices. The individual will utilize analytics and consulting skills to provide insights that support cost and performance management, budget and forecast planning, and enable informed Workforce decisions.
Roles & Responsibilities
Monitor and expedite Workforce requests, data collection, assign job codes, ensure data consistency, and maintain master data
Manage and calibrate job code catalogs and position templates with HR Compensation to support the planning and competency process
Work closely with Business Users to understand Workforce requirements and help guide sourcing decisions in accordance with TWM Supply Chain strategies
Provide superior analyses and interpretation/evaluation of Workforce metrics
Act as the TWM representative within the IT Center of Excellence for Reporting and the primary interface with the Financial Reporting Team
Accountable for the TWM Workforce Tracker data quality, and interface with HR Information Systems to ensure uptime and technical issue resolution
Provide ad hoc Workforce reporting and analytics in partnership with the HR Business Partners to drive continuous performance improvement and improved decision capability
Develop and maintain operational performance and process improvement dashboards
Identify onboarding/offboarding process defects and work with the Lean Process Controller to identify and test countermeasures
Manage key relationships within and outside of HR – Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Security, Office Services, and Asset representatives.
Facilitate cross functional needs as it relates to workforce strategy and/or organizational realignments including data adjustments to account for outcomes involving moves, costs, and exists
Build content for presentations to HR and business executives to drive critical decision making

Qualifications
Experience
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in a systems role providing end user support with an aptitude for and experience with technology
Knowledge of Human Resource and/or Supply Chain practices and processes preferred
Organized person who is capable to keep track of issues & requests and ensure proper follow-up and closure
Excellent project management, communications and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of applications, technologies, and tools for gathering, reporting, analyzing, and forecasting data
Ability to independently draft and present executive level deliverables and strategic recommendations
Experience collaborating with IT specialists to build and maintain data warehouses, develop robust data testing protocols, and build reports and dashboards
Capable of independently creating, maintaining, and revising performance dashboards from data sources made available by IT specialists
Team Player – ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to establish strong partnerships and deliver exceptional value
Demonstrated ability to retain confidential workforce information
