POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Manage regional-based personnel. Providing guidance to staff on their respective roles and responsibilities in English and Spanish
Responsible for defining the strategy and operational plans for the design, development, and implementation of TS projects
Responsible for planning scheduling, monitoring, evaluating and directing projects to ensure a complete business solution is implemented; Responsible for the overall life cycle of the business line and related initiatives; Develop and execute strategic operational plans
Responsible for driving an ongoing business process improvement team that will ensure profitable growth, through the deployment of competitive offers, cost-effective deployment capability and implementation of leading-edge systems and tools
Facilitate the gathering and redistribution of best practices across the organization; Drive standardization efforts to deliver reporting and to manage the business
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree
8+ years of related experience
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Multi-country operations experience
Ability to manage global, strategic high-risk programs involving complex cross-program interlock
Ability to work closely with the Business Leaders, IT Partners, and peers for the project, the customer and the development/implementation team within a Project Team environment
Ability to lead/coordinate a cross-functional team, ensuring that projects meet defined scope, time, cost and quality constraints
Ability to deal with organizational influences, ambiguity and continuous change
Ability to work as an individual contributor and a team manager at the same time
Problem solving and analytical capabilities with project management experience
Knowledge of business intelligence applications and architectures
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate
